We Eat Out In Savannah

Happy New Year! Mr. Fettucini and Ms. Goulash have now resided in Savannah, GA for 3 1/2 months. 2008 will be very exciting for us. We have found a new gypsy campsite and it has kept us so busy that we haven't had the time to do anything but keep the camp fire burning. However, we did make it to The Breakfast Club on Tybee Island. Mr. Fettucini, would you please elaborate:

Mr. Fettucini: Hey, how you's doin'? The Breakfast Club on Tybee Island is owned by a former Chicago, IL resident. Now, Chicago ain't a bad town. It's no Philly but they got their own wise guys. It's my kind of town, Chicago is. The Breakfast Club makes their own sausage and it's damn good. My Hungarian gyspy tells me that it reminds her of the fresh sausage her father bought in the Polish section of Philadelphia. I ordered a sausage omelet with grits and coffee. Nothing tunes you up and clears out the pipes better than a great breakfast. My engine was in full gear and ready to go.

Ms. Goulash: Dahlings, I must admit that breakfast is my favorite meal. I was known to order the whaler breakfast in my day which consisted of two pancakes, two eggs, bacon, sausage links, toast and coffee. Where did I put it all? Of course, these days, I know where it all goes...I'm sitting on it, dahlings.
